Funny thing is that not too long ago, everybody including media, sports personalities like Tom Brady, Wallstreet titans and politicians like Bill Clinton, and obviously his girlfriend,  now ex, liked him ... and now everyone hates him ...!

One of the headlines is how his ex girlfriend helped put him behind the bar and saved herself by becoming a govt. witness .. what i dont understand that how is she less guilty than him when both worked on it together .?

using game theory, what if she stayed by his side and neither got a serious penalty.

If she knew that he was doing something wrong, why did she not leave at that moment?

It seems asymmetric that she was ready to share the upside, whether it's legal or not is a different matter, but not the downside.

so the moral of the story is if you have a secret, keep it with yourself .. as when things go the other way, the world will turn around on you.
