$15 minimum wage is not a good or bad idea ..?

rather raising a national minimum wage is a really bad idea .. US is a diverse economy which goes from oil rigs to silicon valley to NYC to the plains in mid-west. each state should be able to decide a min and change based on economic situation; & its an incentive for a state to attract labor, if required .. but to me a national min wage is simply a synonym to big government, Federal controlled decisions, less flexibility and lots of project managers to mange stupid things.
