no rate hikes coming anytime soon .. market took weekend to realize and back in Fri range.
funny thing is that rates dropped on Fri and came back up today .. it's all fugazi , fugezi .. right ..!
If you can't find use of something ( aka excess capacity), rent it to someone who can use it or maybe..?
