IF you are Indian food enthusiast & may be wondering, why the color is on the lighter side? ... well, it is fully cooked, actually for about 40 Min; but i like to keep the flavor of besan a bit mild & to do that i used the water leftover from my chhena, which i got for making my kalakand ... & the reason i make chhena is because my second bottle of milk is reaching its expiry date .. long answer but one of the beauty of Indian cooking is nothing goes to waste ..!
