it will come ... eventually and then they will be wrong again ... so why bother in predicting in first place ..?
or some will say, "i predicted it 2 years ago ..!"
2 yr rates drop slightly to catch up further explained by the chief that market has moved ahead raising rates and not waiting for fed action...
